We offer free shipping for all orders to be delivered within India. We usually ship orders within 2-3 days through our registered & reliable courier partners. The product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all taxes.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at the moment unless you have received a defective product. Please pick your size carefully. If you have questions regarding that, please reach out to us at hello@getunderstated.com In case you have received a defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order with the image of the defective product at hello@getunderstated.com.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate. For products which are printed on paper, color accuracy may vary.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you've successfully placed your order. There is a button to track your order in every such mail. We provide regular email updates with tracking IDs as soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

We ship globally. For all orders that are to be shipped outside India, we charge INR 2499 ($30) for shipping & handling.
